I just bought a '09 FJR and have had "farkelitis" all my life. I "farkled" the crap out of my '08 Ultra Classic and am now ready for the FJR! I know I want to mount a fuse block, either Centech or Eastern Beaver and am capable enough to do the electrical work myself. I will be adding a Zumo 550 on a Techmount, Motolight auxiliary lights, and Hyperlights on the reard end. My question is: how do I remove the body panels necessary to access the battery and run the wiring for a clean install? I do not have a service manual....yet. Thanks in advance.

I just finished a major re-wire similar to what you are planning. I was able to route all of the wiring thru the front sections by only removing the A,B,C, and D panels. Remove the tank and T-bar too and you'll be able to see and route everything. You'll probably only need to remove the lower tupperware if you're installing HID's with remote ignitors.
