I lost a plastic removable rivet on the dash. I was at the NAPA store on another matter and asked if they had anything that was similar. Balkamp has a push/screw plastic rivet that was in stock. A bag of six cost about five bucks. They operate a little differently than either the stock push rivet or quarter turn screw rivet.
They have phillips head that must be pushed in slightly to engage the screw treads. Then you screw the center piece in until it tightens. Several turns in reverse and the screw releases the rivet.
