Go to the page, request to join. Admission to the private group requires answering three screening questions and agreement to abide by the rules of the group before you're allowed into the group. Don't know if the decoder ring will put you over the top or not. Hell, they let dcarver in so I'm sure you shouldn't have any trouble.
