I must admit that I have a weakness for biscuits and gravy (and it shows around my mid-section).
The ones I had yesterday were a pretty decent attempt, but lacked a bit in the sausage flavor. I like mine with a little more spiciness, but that's not very New England-y.
But if we do opt for a Parkers run some weekend we really have to get there early, or expect to hang around quite a while waiting for a seat. They do have a cute little gift shop (buy some of their syrup to take home?) and other outdoor ambiance to take the edge off the waiting.

CJ, Parkers' is a favorite of ours. I mean. where else on the planet can you get Deep Fried French toast (yeah it is as good (and healthy!) as it sounds) with real NH maple syrup, made on premises no less? Plus it is smack dab in the middle of some great Cow Hampshire style riding (which means twisty, turney, but bumpy roads). We saw a number of those type roads yesterday.Although, one can't go wrong with Parkers Pancake House (Mason, NH?). YUM!
