I stand corrected. When is the Springfield Mile? And hopefully the rain gods will be on vacation this Saturday.

Well..... I did not attempt to go to Peoria and I am sorry that I could not get online Saturday to tell everyone that I would not go. But R.R. did and I am sure that you all could see that this ride was not meant to be.

Now, the springfield mile is Labor day weekend. This could be interesting. I'll let you guys decide.

Who made it to Peoria yesterday? I whimped out because of the rain. Looks like they did run the races.

I made it. Great show even though it was short. Bought a killer photo from the guy in the infield who's doing the fundraiser for Kevin. Had just as much fun in the lot drinkin beers and pushing muddy cars around. :blink:

I am planning to come out for b'fast. But I'll have to see. Had to clean up basement last night. Also neighbor's ,she had alot of water come in through the basement door.

I'll probably be doing it tonight again if weather forecast is right. Lots of problems on the road today too. Flooded underpasses and trees. Let's hope this gets cleaned up some today.
