An old forum elder gave me some wisdom a couple of years ago.Yeah, Mike, you should be prepared... ... Be ready and out-the-door in 15 minutes.
It's all very calculated, ME.Having a soft spot for critters is a babe magnet.

FYI: There is atleast a slight difference between caring for an animals welfare and having carnal knowledge with them. Society usually commends one and denounces the other.Depends on what you're guilty of doing with them old man...Here I catch **** for my unusual habit, but it's okay for you to lust for the swine? I don't unnerstand

I love the animal pictures. My mom grew up on a farm with 6 brothers and no sisters. In her world, although the farm animals were livestock, not pets -she treated the animals as pets and cared for them. She made pets out of the pigs, the chickens, the team of work horses, the cows...while her brothers were doing "mean" things to them as they were bored half Dane/Swede farm boys. My mom was a gentle soul whom the animals loved...but she was also as tough as the Nebraska soil. She could hit a baseball as far as her brothers, and didn't back down to anybody who picked on an innocent, but could laugh and laugh and get along with anybody.
Back to OMs postings....that's why I love the pictures and the musings. The open sky, the sparse landscape, the cleverness, the beauty in the unexpected, unplanned moments, the animals.
The beauty in life.
I hadn't taken you for an masochist, DonI like Old Michael's Ride Reports for the Pictures, Prose and the occasional wild swings he takes at MEM, barb, Wheatie and Me!
