I'd love to have a pair of riding jeans if only someone had them in my size.... 42 waist and 37 inseam :angry2:
Carhartt Double front have my vote. I never wear my ballistic pants except in the winter so I tried these. I like them a lot. I wear them everytime I ride even under the joe rocket ballistic pants.Next to regular type riding gear (which can be hot, uncomfortable when not riding and cumbersome, I like the feel of Carhartt Jeans. Carhartt uses the thickest denim, yet it’s really comfortable. About $35 a pair. However, probably the best all-around pair of jeans you can buy are the Diamond Gusset riding pants. Pricey ($114.00 a pair), but nice jeans.
I wear Carhartt, too. They have different weights of denim from 8 oz up to 15 oz. I chose the 15 and they are very comfortable even in summer.Next to regular type riding gear (which can be hot, uncomfortable when not riding and cumbersome, I like the feel of Carhartt Jeans. As you can see, I tend towards the minimum.
