riding position

I am looking for the link telling you how to use some better riding position but when I do the google search with riding position I get too much other info and cant seem to find the thread that I am looking for.

Can someone tell me what this riding position is called so I can add it to the search and find the link.

I had added the site:fjrforum.com so that cleaned it up a bit.. but just for gits and shiggles I might try the not so clean search.
