WOW. What the heck is up with the weather!

I won't even go out in the Jeep, much less the 2 -wheeler. I can't recall seeing a more potent winter ice storm in central Texas. it's the first time I've seen things starting to ice over while the sun was up!

hope you guys have fun if you get out to Bandera on Saturday.

i'll be freezing my buns off as support crew for my wife. She's running a 50 mile race on Saturday.....

I bet we see 80 degrees with a week? Whaddaya think?

Yeah, I remember last weekend it almost hit 90 in the DFW area, and a day later it was in the 30's.

Swing time for the weather in Texas.

My Therm. read 22 this morning with a wind chill of 8.

Too cold for the FJR.

But I'm sure we will be back in the 60-70 by the weekend.

I love it!

Everyone panics and "goes to ground". The end result is nearly dry primary roads without any traffic on this morning's commute. Everyone went out last night and rushed the stores for supplies like they were going to be trapped for 6 months.

Happens every time! :D

I love it too! It means a day off, too cold to go out. I have little to do but drink coffee and sit at my computer. :) And it WILL be warmer for the weekend.

Bounce, tell me you didn't ride your FJR to work this morning.

You can always count on the ignorant masses to "stock up" .

I have lived here for 30 years and still can't figure that one out.

Blame it on the media. Every storm is a Katrina in the making, every city a Nawle'ans survival story to come.

You kids need to move to canada for a couple of years and then realize why you live in texas. That simple. :agent:
