I have a clear, standard size Rifle Sport windscreen for the Gen 1 FJR, used one season and in very good condition. Replaced it with a taller one. The screen has the usual marks from the bolt hole contact points and the screen mount, but is otherwise in excellent condition with no noticeable scratches or fractures.

Photo at https://sbosbach.squarespace.com/photos/fjr-stuff/ Info. on the screen at https://rifle.com/Yamaha%20FJR%201300%20Tunable%20Replacement%20Windshield%20%20%2801-05%29-P2222.aspx

$85.00 shipped in CON. U. S. Payment by M.O. or PayPal.

I have one of these (along with the barn door large Touring Rifle) and this is an excellent mid-size windscreen. It gives about the same vertical protection as the Ahamay touring, but adds some extra protection on the sides. Highly recommended

People will want to know if it comes with the tuning block.

Thanks for the comments. No hardware - no tuning block, just the screen. I do like the tuning block to pull the top of the screen back. All the new bikes seem to place the screen way too far forward. (coming off an old R80RT)

I might be interested. Put on nearly 97K on my OEM windscreen....how much of a difference should I expect with this one? Would it cut down much on the neck fatigue on long trips?

Mike, I have no interest in the sale here, so let me tell you my observations:

You will get considerably more coverage from the Rifle sport vs. the stocker.

The stock 04/05 windshield measures 16" from the center screw hole to the top edge. The Rifle Sport shield measures 18 3/8".

Also the stock shield has a convex shape top to bottom, and the rifle is flat, which means that the top edge will actually be higher up than the difference in those dimensions. Also the Rifle is considerably wider that the stock.

Where in the airstream this puts your head depends on how tall you are in the saddle. I'm 6'2" and long in the torso. My head is still well into the air stream running the Rifle Sport with the tuning block. I have never run mine without the tuning block, but this would raise the shield top edge up even higher.
