Hans - thanks for starting this thread. I wish we had more like it. I like to read about different situations - learn about what others would do, and think about what I would do.

It has indirect benefits. For example, the biggest take away from your "road rage" video for me was a great reminder to leave additional room in front of me at the stop light, and hold it in first gear. Gives me a little room to wiggle if something behind me doesn't feel right.

One of my tenets for riding safely, which I got from the "Smith Rules" of driving in high school, is "Leave yourself an out."
