Roady xt power supply

I was looking at a used bike for a friend this week and saw a very small power reducer 12 volt to 5 volt for a roady it was only about 2.5 inches long and had blade connections for the power leads and a female plug for the audio lead. This eliminated the cig. Lighter connection and the large adapter supplied with the radio. I have searched and found power supplies just nothing this small. Any idea where I could get one of these?

Thanks for the replies, thats not what he had on his bike. I wish i could remember where he said he got it some electrical supply house.
