Sad week for racing in Northern Ireland.

Got word that Robert was killed in practice for the North West 200 races in Northern Ireland. Reports indicate that the bike seized at 160 mph.

Last week Martin Finnegan was killed racing in the Tangradee 100.

RIP Robert.

When I lived in the IOM, Joey used to stay around the corner from my home, near the Southern 100 races. Very close knit community in racing.

Everyday I think about Peter who was killed in the 1976 IOM TT and also another close friend "Oggy", some years later on.

Robert's son won the race that his father was killed practising for.
