They say don't ride anything into Mexico you're not willing to leave behind. I was once "detained" while racing motorcycles in Vera Cruz, and traded my Honda 50 mini trail pit bike for "sweet freedom". I really wish I had the mini trail back though.

I have only been out of the US once in my life...and that was a business trip to Rocky Point to work on a subdivision. The first day for lunch we had what can best be described as Coyote burgers.......seemed like a nice place.

Be sure you visit the "Car Wash" to clean up your bike before the rally....yep, that's a dirt road.
