Had a free pass yesterday so decided to run up to Heather Medows. I went up thru Darington to my favorite road the Sauk Concrete Rd.

What ****** country you live in out there!! kiddin, wow very nice.

Thanks for the great pics, I've been seriously considering retiring in that area in a few years, this makes me want to even more!

What, no pie pics? I know you stopped to eat. Thx for taking the time to take these awesome pics and then taking the time to post them!

Georgeous photos Panman. Gorgeous country and roads. Much appreciated. And don't you find that you get more and better shots when you're on a solo ride?

(...with nobody nagging you about looking for pie. :D )
Fantastic Ride Report, Panman; Thank You! The route up to Mount Baker is a wonder and you captured the ride beautifully!

Niehart-just try and relax & johnny80s-stay cool, mi amigo! Old Michael doesn't know the overwhelming importance of pie!!!

I stopped at a Subway and picked up a 6" Ham and Turkey and found a rock to sit on and take in the view. Pie doesn't do to well bouncing in the smuggler!

Holy ****! That is bee-yoo-tee-ful country.

You suck! :angry2: (you know you do...)

But seriously, thanks for letting us (virtually) ride along.

I'd really love to make it out there some day. Ex'specially now that the PNW weather pattern has settled on New England. I'll be well prepared for it... ;)

Great photos, Panman.

Reminds me of the time I rode up to Mt. Baker on my then new '77 KZ-650, while stationed at NAS Whidbey Island. Looks different than I remember, because I was there in February. Snow was 10 feet high on the road sides.

Thanks for sharing. You are blessed.

Those are some awesome pix!!! Thos eare incredible vistas, lts of water, snow, mnountains, trees, and GREEN! In SoCal everything is kind of brown.

Cool stuff, thanks for sharing.

Gorgeous shots, Pan. You got to take me along one of these days on the route, so we can rekindle our bromance....

Panman, it's funny my friends out in Califorina say the same thing about the rain .. I think it's funny.

The annual average precipitation at Duluth Ga , where I live is 55.54 Inches

The annual average precipitation at Bellingham is 34.84 Inches

a foot less a year would be welcome
