Room rates for SWFOG

I was plan'n on staying at the motel 6 (dogs allowed no charge) I think it's $64 a nite. Hey if any other finacially changelled wants to split a room even better (me an duke don't need no fancy room) Let me know and I'll book it

Yes, it looks like they want thier money up front. If I can get a firm count on rooms, and it is less then the 20 asked for, I will either see about booking less and see what that does to the price, or (most likely) I will resubmit bid. Keep in mind that we have to pay up front, so please be 100% in
I just realised that I made these for Wed the 23 leaving Sat the 26th , so I will have to redo this with an accurate room request

As an alternative to this, how do the masses feel about self booking using a hotel site like priceline?

I think the whole idea of group bookings is to get a better rate. That isn't the way it works in Page! I just checked the Courtyard site and can book a room in Page with 2 beds for $125 a night. I'm confused!!! :dribble: Maybe we individally book and go for the best rate by using Priceline or directly with the motel. I can still set up a dinner for us Saturday night at Courtyard.
