Rough Run From Idle To 2000-2500 Rpm In 04/gen1(Is Normal?)

I have this problem from brand new..(I think..)

In the idle the bike run smooth.When opened the throttle slowly the bike run rough,I feel like open and close the throttle slightly.

All that between 1100-2000,2500 rpm..Then the bike run smoothly..

Is it normal for all fjr's??I have read a PCIII solves this issue..??

You could have a TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) have some bad spots on its contact area:

I changed the TPS under warranty without to noticed any difference in this issue..

This sounds like Gen I lean surging. A PCIII will solve the issue.

When a TPS fails it causes a harsh engine drop-out. Lean surging is just like you described, a feeling like the throttle is being slightly opened and closed, plus, it occurs in a lower RPM range.
