I'm unsure of where to post this since Mr. Tuttle wasn't a FJR rider and I must not have enough posts to put this in the departed members section so moderators feel free to place it where it is best suited. Mr Roy Lee Tuttle, the fine gentleman who allowed the famous Moonshine Lunch Runs to be held at his store has passed away and will be buried this Friday. The store will be open this Saturday, "As Roy would want it." I never met Mr. Tuttle but from all accounts was a fine country gentleman.

Same sentiment here. Didn't even know about Moonshine until last year; had to miss as we moved our offices from Kennesaw to Midtown in March and April 2015.

I assume there will be a 2016 Lunch Run, and assume it will be very well attended. I'm planning to be there.

They will for sure. The founder of the event has been gone for several years and the local community has kept it going and even improved the event it's too much of a boost to the local community and local charities as well.

RIP Roy. Sure wish I'd gotten the chance to do a moonshine run and meet ya.
I don't believe that Mr. Tuttle had been very active for the last couple of years. He had some dementia issues and was even missing for a few days around 2 years ago. I wish I had got to know him too, his wife is a very nice lady.
