...and I taped a piece of house door weather striping to my helmet. You know, that self adhesive gray foam stuff that comes in a roll.

My theory proves correct. Cheap bastiges - allayas!

Just think if you fall off and someone drives over you. The rumble strips might slow them down. :lmaosmiley:

I would have to think that thety wouldn't work with my Shoei X-11, since the helemt already has the "Wing" on it. Good to know for some of my other lids though. Thanks.

yep, i was going to mention or ask, isn't that similar to the "spoiler" on my shoei rf1000?

I use a Rumble Strip on my RF1000 to eliminate the "buffeting" when I have a passenger or when the windshield is in certain positions.

It also reduced the noise in the helmet which I did not know it could do.

hmmmm weatherstripping.... hmmmmm..... I am a cheap bastage and may try that option. So many options. I wonder if the hollow core rubber half-circle stuff would work well... hmmmmm.....
