Russell Seat build time?

Two weeks past my build date and no communication from Russell yet, should I be concerned? Thanks

Called and emailed with no response, just curious what the average time before shipping?

I have spare seats, but have a few long trips planned soon (like this weekend).

I'd call again tomorrow. My build date was 12/16 and I got my seat on 1/9. That time included the Christmas/New Years Holiday and five days shipping to the East coast so I would say you are due.

I never had a problem getting through on the phone but e-mails did take a while to get a response. Give it another try.
