Rusty bolts

I have some rusty bolts I need to reuse (special shape) whats the best way to remove rust. I read where soaking them in white vinegar would help. Any other suggestions or favorite products?

dip in Phosphoric acid for a very short time...rust will come right off.

Rinse and put some rust converter on them, they will turn black in color when dried, after that oil and reuse

Although I normally use a store bought product I have been told that Coke because of the acid will work as a rust remover and a bolt loosener. No experience with it but a few minutes of soaking is supposed to do the trick.
