This can't be true. It would imply she noticed the motorcyclist.

I would suggest that not only did she not see the bike, but she didn't see the truck in front of the bike either. Fancy those people using HER road when she wanted to use it. What WERE they thinking?

Glad the rider didn't sustain fatal, or even serious injuries.

Id at least take a few weeks off work and sue her insurance. Sorry but you deserve it for having a near death exp becuase some girl wasnt paying attention.
