AT 6'6" myself I can manage with FirstGear tall jackets but could never find riding pants to fit me. Motoport is the way to go. I have both kevlar mesh and stretch kevlar pants. I'm not a fan of zip/snap in liners, so I avoid them. I had motoport build me a rain pant to fit over my stretch kevlar. If you have large feet (>13) ask for a larger gusset zipper! I had my pants sized based on a pair of jeans, but then found myself in the area for a work trip. I stopped in Wayne made a few minor adjustments. I honestly believe the fit would have been fine, but took advantage of the opportunity to get full custom fitting.

BTW, I've given up riding much in the extreme heat so if anyone tall is interested in my grey mesh kevlar let me know, they are approximately 35" waist by 36" inseam.
