Well, the catalytic converter is in the can, so there is no need to replace the headers or the entire system to remove the weight and heat of the cat.Man, oh man - that can HAS TO GO!

the new conk won't be doing 200 mph. i'm pretty confident of that.MMMM, you could change the exaust system. And take a hair dryer to the logo's too strip it into a looker. At 200 mph who can see that crap anyhoo?
Arggg! Whats that lame assed black stripe on the bag bottom :glare: Mirrors off a 77 Camaro ; :dribble: and plastic master cylinders, I won't even start about that one piece two tone seat uke: Thats going to look like poo when it starts to conform to it's owners arseStill gonna be hard to beat the lines of our beloved FJR...
Exactly correct. Which is why Suzuki placed it's cats in the two new mufflers in the 2007 GSXR1000. It's a common practice anymore.Well, the catalytic converter is in the can, so there is no need to replace the headers or the entire system to remove the weight and heat of the cat.
I just want to know how everyone is getting the bikes to stay up without a side or centerstand?
Actually they're using the Force. It's all part of the Master Yoda riding school. :evo:I just want to know how everyone is getting the bikes to stay up without a side or centerstand?
Magic dust?I just want to know how everyone is getting the bikes to stay up without a side or centerstand?
That seat does looks like it might be more comfortable. It looks like it might offer broader support and a nice contour. The art deco stripes on the bags just don't do it for me. I like the Testarosa-esque fairing panel, but it doesn't translate well to the bags.I won't even start about that one piece two tone seat uke: Thats going to look like poo when it starts to conform to it's owners arseStill gonna be hard to beat the lines of our beloved FJR...

Show me one post here on this forum that has had anything bad to say about yamahas fit and finish. The only issues I've seen is how the paint and bodywork don't hold up to road rash or tipoversAn FJR rider complaining about Kawi's fit/finish is truly the pot calling the kettle black.Kowi hasn't impressed me with fit and finish since the first generation ninjas.
