Saturday morning ride & brunch 7/8

Plan is to leave from the Mobil station on the west end of Main Street (67) (Ramona, CA 92065)

First gas station on right as you arrive in Ramona from the west.

GPS: N33 01 59.2 W116 52 59.0

Time: 6:30AM (sidestands up - ready to ride)

Date: Saturday 7/8/2006

Length: 138 miles

Who: Anyone

Approximate temp: 75-mid 80's by end of ride

Plenty of riding east (bring sunglasses or dark shields if desired)

Elevation: 800-6000 ft

Route:

Brunch: Barona Valley Ranch & Casino

Price: $16.99/person (20-50% discount for card members)

Depending on the pace, getting stuck behind some cages, stopping to soak in a few views, etc... the ride should take us about 3 hours from start to brunch time.

I rode the route this morning, it was a great ride!

I want an early start to avoid the weekend traffic.

Much better ride on a weekday but many of us weekend only riders would be left out of a great ride.

well - I would be in except for 2 things.

I've got to ride to Ely, NV for White Pine Fever - rally - and....

I'd have to skip lunch anyway as I work at Barona and eat there every day of the week. Too much like going to work.

The brunch part could always be a departure point for people who just want to ride, brunch is optional

Too bad you're only a weekday rider, plenty of people would be itching to see your new AE

I would be in with you guys except I am going to Fontana Speedway to the Petty Driving Experience thingy...
