Seeking MCL Riser Installation Tips & Techniques

I just purchased an MCL Riser (entire triple tree kit) from a member here for my 2008 FJR and, like the title says, I am seeking installation Tips & Techniques from those who have installed these on their FJRs. I have read several threads. Some people have said it was a snap. Others have said they were pulling their hair out to get it done. Consequently, both for my benefit and the benefit of others in the future, I thought it would be nice to get installation dos and don'ts in one place. The only video I could find is the one referenced on the MCL website and frankly it is not very informative. So, for those who have installed the MCL riser, either with or without problems, could you please provide tips, techniques, pitfalls, helpful tools, etc.? I know I would greatly appreciate it as, I assume, others in the future will.

Apparently, nobody here has done it themselves; or, anybody who has just hasn't stumbled across this thread. How about any direction to another source with good information? Heck, the MCL website references the only video of this install on Youtube as a "great video on installing a MCL riser plate". A bit of irony there as it is absolutely the worst "how to video" ever made.
