Seeking Used iPod

For the NAFO trip I'd like to pick up an iPod. Has anyone upgraded and have an earlier generation Nano for sale? The new shuffles, while affordable, are too small in terms of capacity. Thank you.

I just purchased two refurbished Gen II 4gb Nano's off the Apple web store. $99 each shipped, one year warranty. You may do better on Craigslist (I looked there first) but most were missing the sync cord or had poor battery life.

You might consider the Palm LifeDrive. It has 4gb internal storage plus will take a 2gb SD card. Plays MP3s, most videos, has wi-fi (802.11b); can open office apps (like the FJR assistance directory!), check email, surf websites (with wi-fi hotspot).

I have one and it's very useful for long trips. I've seen a few in the $100 price range on ebay and a few on craigslist. 12v adapters available.

Don't be confuesed. You can check mine out when you come by tomorrow. You're welcome to erase it and put whatever songs you want on it. If you're that hard up, my 20 gig can be cleared too, but it's got a hard drive so ya have to keep it in your pocket.

If you're not stuck on Ipod, I have a 2 gb Sandisk Clic which is my first player and works real well, easy to use, good sound. You can buy them with 4 gb for around $70 I believe.
