I'm glad to hear they stood behind their product.Wife and I are both quite happy with ours. They're not perfect but I doubt any of them are.

My Starcom1 Advance is still working after 4-5 years. Sorry, I just had to kick you while you are down. Afterall, it's no fun once you get back up.
On a more serious note: I did buy one of these headsets (Sena SMH10-11), more for dual sporting use connecting to the GPS than when I need an intercom to the spousal unit. One thing I was thinking about is; what sort of life expectancy can we expect out of these Sena units?
Is there a battery replacement program of some kind, or is it user replaceable?
