Screw it, unless I just can't stand the jostle of riding in a car, the GF and I are coming anyway. Will suck being in a 4 wheeler, but I doubt I will be on 2 wheels anytime real soon.
Fingers crossed, I will see you guys anyway. Maybe I can steal a wheel chair somewhere.

We can 'borrow' a shopping cart from the grocery store that is just down the street. Then both of you can fit for a ride. I know a great little road and hill that would be a great ride. Everyone would enjoy watching ya'll come down it!!!

C'ya there,

Mark

Alrighty, well big surprise, there's rain in forecast. <_< And the ground there is already soaked due to the rain they had over the weekend. So Jed and I have agreed that we will be skipping the tent this year. It's just not worth it. Since the weather will be on the wet and cool side, we'll be eating inside Thursday night. So we'll have the Trolley Room (the main one we usually eat in) all to ourselves all weekend. When you arrive on Thursday or Friday, come down there to check into the rally and pick up your stuff.

Also, per the website and previous given notice, the final list was turned in first thing Saturday morning and we are no longer accepting cancellations for the meals. However, if you are no longer coming, please still let me know! We do still need to keep the headcount updated for the caterers and the breakfast coupons. And with folks coming from all over the country and Canada, I would like to know where you are or aren't so we don't send out the search party needlessly. :search:

Everyone please be safe on the way in!

Well believe it or not the area up around the Buffalo River is quite dry. The Outfitters are crying for rain, this is the peak of there season.

Never the less, I still hope we get dry roads and blue skys.

Dry roads and blue skies would be nice, but I've checked several weather sites and right now they are saying rain starting Thursday. Maybe they will be wrong. They've made mistakes before, right?

I wouldn't pay attention to it until Wednesday..even then, a 40% chance means that 40% of a given area can expect rain...not that there's an actual 40% chance it will rain.

CO-worker had a heart attack last weekend causing me to cancel. He got out of the hospital last evening just time time to make it home before

losing a barn and many tree's to a tornado that hit Norman OK (His house survived).

I don't regret cancelling, just be sure to tell me how much it sucked when you all get home and recover!

Enjoys folks...

Ya me too. I will have to keep the beer IOU open in response to the loaner seat!

Don't forget that it's BYOB folks. You'll need your own set-ups too. Maybe we can pool some funds for some 2 liters or something for Friday and Saturday. Pop machine at the hotel is $1.50! They do have ice for us. Bring your party cups!

Humid here today too.

It just wouldn't be SFO without rain.

Ride safe...
