RLTW!!

Hotel room booked, much easier than in Russellville! Now I just have to convince my Fleet Manager that I really need to be off for those dates. Looking forward to a great time again this year.

Hey everyone! Please call and book your rooms before you register on the website!! I have a list of 20 bikes and the hotel just informed me that only 11 rooms have been booked. Don't wait to book your room, you can always cancel if something prevents you from coming! The contract on the rooms is until March 6th and at that time, we will look at where registration is and see how many we can keep set aside for our group. So please don't delay in booking the rooms. CALL 1.800.221.3344 and get your room today!

Signed up! :clapping:

I am not sure if i am going to make it day trips from Springfield or book a room... I will have to wait and see as it gets closer! :)

I am signed up and room reserved for friday and saturday! :clapping:

I met a couple guys in Dwight IL tonight and he was wearing a Yamaha jacket, So naturally i stuck up a conversation and asked if he was an FJR owner, Which he said he wanted one, But he owns a BMW. He is a MSF instructor in Champaign IL and we talked for over an hour about bikes and everything related.

Anyway, One thing led to another, I mentioned that we were having a FJR Gathering in Eureka Springs in April, And i invited him to come! He was excited about this and will probably come! :)

I guess I'll take this opportunity to remind folks that SFO is not open to the general public. It is a private event held for members in good standing of the FJRForum. That is why I require a forum screen name to register and this has been the policy since the fiasco after the first SFO. Attendees are welcome to bring family members or a guest (like your best friend that you ride with all the time) but do to planning necessities, let's please not invite someone you can't vouch for. I need to be able to give the hotel hard numbers for head counts for the meals and reservations. They have given us this discount on the rooms, not the general public.

GB - if you want to add this person as your guest, that would absolutely be fine. He should really decide if he's coming for sure or not before you do. Once the meals prices are finalized, you'll have to advise him of the costs and how to pay. Please be aware that non-forum guests are not eligible for the prizes that are given away.

If anyone has any questions, please PM me.

Now back to the fun stuff!! B)

wow...

Didn't see this coming...

I guess i need the Official Rules and Bylaws for this event. I was under the impression that "SFO" was somewhat informal and open to others.

I will withdraw the invite to them.

Sorry.

yes, things have progressed since you last made it to SFO and its not informal by any means now. but i wouldn't say there are bylaws involved! check your PMs and by all means, as previously stated, just reregister him as your guest and your good to go!

Hey guys,

If your name isn't on this list, then your not registered!!

I have received a list from the hotel of who has booked their rooms and we have one person who has a room, but is not on the list. So if that's you, please register through the SFO website. It's possible you may have registered and it got missed and deleted. This email account is TERRIBLE with spam and I can't always spot the registration emails. So I apologize if that's what happened. You all should receive replies from me when you register and I put you on the list.

Thanks!

2 months to go! :drinks:
