I'm in and bringing Wanda arriving Thursday afternoon. She will be taking truck to visit friends in Birmingham but coming back for the festivities Friday and Saturday. I plan to attend the Thursday night cookout. If there are plans for a Thursday shuttle I would like to be on the list if not I'll ride out, Friday & Saturday I can help with shuttle services with room for three. Is there an updated attendee list anywhere? Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Excellent! As for the attendee list, see the bottom of the first post of this thread. I have been keeping it updated as people add and in some cases drop. It's current as of now.

As for the tipsey taxi - thanks for offering to assist Friday and Saturday, Mike. We won't have the van this year but we'll still be able to get everyone back and forth with our cars/trucks. Let's plan on everyone being ready to roll from the hotel by 6 pm each night. There should be enough room between the vehicles there to get everyone back and forth in one sweep. If not, we'll run back down and pick up whoever needs a ride. No biggie.

I have been known to straggle at a Turk and Jana "burn the barn down" SFO evening. I might have to flag a ride back with you guys. Whats the going rate for a captive straggler??

Someone asked about the weather forecast in the other sandbox... ...we have had drought conditions for two months around here and now the pattern changes. But hey, it definitely won't be 35 degrees like it was last year!

BTW - I have arranged for one of the young ladies from our local Twin Peaks to tend bar for us this year both Friday and Saturday night. What does this mean? Well, the event is still BYOB but just bring your beverage of choice (beer, wine, soda, spirits), give it to our lovely bartender Alex and she will take it from there. Then when you are ready for a refill, come up to the bar, place your order and wallah, service with a smile! Just remember to tip your bartender.

This should be a nice addition to our event. Alex is excited to be providing this service to us and she is looking forward to meeting everyone. Let's all welcome her with open arms and treat her with the respect that she deserves.

Well, looks like I will not be attending SFO this year because of a health issue. Haven't missed one since 2008.

Hopefully I will be good to go for next year. Now I'm seeing we are having a twin peaks bartender this year. Dang it! Maybe she will be back next year.
