you obviously only ride in "dry heat" !!!Interesting. Same Gen I as you. Have been riding everyday in the 110+ temps of summer in Phoenix. The only time I see 4 bars is if I am stopped for a while.mine moves from 3 to 4...mostly warm weather here...summer temps are 4 bars constantly

twice...2 different engines...curvy mountain road...2nd gear lazy, no brakes, twist throttle to speed up, close throttle to slow down...over and over for a couple hours...bikey no likee after mile after mile in the hot of the afternoon, I guess
radiator was out a few months ago when engine was pulled to replace valveMike, if you put a light behind the radiator, can you see it from the front? Just thinkin' there might be an issue with yer koolin' system there.
Oh, yeah. There's water in it an' everthang, too, right?
