Shout out for D & H Cycles

I haven't posted in a while, but I really wanted to add my voice to the many who have already acclaimed the customer service at D & H Cycles. Talked with Gerald a couple of times yesterday to purchase a YES. I told him he could easily work for the Alabama Department of Tourism as he recited the many areas of interest down there. It does sound like a great trip and as I told him, if I get near the area, there will be a stop at D & H Cycles just to shake his hand and say hello.

But the real issue, very easy to do business with D & H. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, returned calls as they said they would and just offered great customer service. Much success, Gerald. And, thanks to everyone here who has shared their experience with them before. You are the reason I called.

Bought my YES from them too, back in March. We must have talked for about 30 minutes, about D&H, FJR, Alabama and a little bit of politics. Nice guy to chat with. Gerald and Reena (sp?) are very friendly and helpful.

I have bought 2 yes contracts over the last 5 years. Great people to deal with. I almost bought my last FJR from them, but decided to go with the dealer I have been using for a while.
