Has anyone tried these? Looking for something that lets in more air that my Icon Ventilated Boots.

I hope you get a lot of discussion and suggestions here. I'd love to find a good cooler summer boot that still offers protection to the foot and ankle. Same problem as with gloves; you choose where you want to be on the comfort--protection scale. I have been wearing a pair of Red Wing boots that just cover the ankle for warmer riding. Not bad but not all that comfortable, especially for walking. I'm ready to upgrade.

Socks are a bigger factor than the boots in staying cool - especially with ventilated boots.

Get some good wicking socks that pull moisture away from your foot. I like both drymax and under armour socks. I wear both with a pair of Sidi air boots and am comfortable year-round in the Houston commute.
