This is not good news. Oops, that's too close to being sarcastic.

This is terrible, terrible news. Although, Richard, thanks for sharing it.

Sounds like Jill will have a story to match Andy's story, her hubby. Very sorry to hear about the incident. Get well soon.

Thank you, Richard.

Dammit, Jill! Hurts to know you're hurting.

Take care and heal well.

(ScooterActivist asked me to send his get-better wishes, also.)

(...and watch out for those sneaky nurses, Jill. They'll drug you up, peek under your sheets, and giggle amongst themselves. Seriously!)

Thanks for the update.

Damn...a broken leg and ankle. Get better girl!

Hope you heal quickly... As for the nurses peaking under the sheets and giggling... Just remember that was Old Michael after his flying attempt! Take good care of yourself and enjoy the time off.

See what happens when you try to kick Richard in the ***............use a baseball bat next time will ya ? Get well and don't share the morphine. ;)

I SO echo everybody else's thoughts, wishes, and prayers, Jill. Very glad to hear you're being released tomorrow at least. Hope you'll share what you care to soon.

She already knows this, you buffoon. Don't you think those photographs have already gone all through the whole nurses' underground email circuit?

I just got back from delivering some flowers, she is in good spirits Andy and I managed to pull her leg a fews time (her right one).

She is probably going home tomorrow as they had her out of bed already and walking with a zimmer frame (Walker).

At least she is smiling.....
