Simple Engine Jack Support

Does anyoune remember where, what forum, an article with photos were of a wood 2x4 or 2x6 notched board that someone had designed to put on top of a jack, under the FJR engine? It is used to lift bike front wheel off ground without putting weight on headers. Can't find it and want to fabricate it...
