Like many, I was suffering from a little of the FJR vibration blues. Unlike many, I also happen to live within an hour of the legendary Smitty. He was kind enough to look at my bike this morning and determined that a throttle body sync was in order. Like a skilled and meticulous surgeon, Smitty went to work carefully making things right. It was truly amazing to watch how comfortable and competent he is at this. I'm capable of basic electrical, plumbing, etc. around the house and I'll change my own oil, but I wouldn't attempt what he was doing.

The ride home was definitely more smooth and it was a pleasure to meet The Man. BTW, the new GSA was awesome! Had a nice coat of dirt the way a GSA should! So, for those of you who are not inclined to do the more technical things, point your FJR to Hooterville. I know I'll be going back again for tires, cruise control, and whatever other farkle I can work out. And, with any luck, I'll join Smitty and meet other forum members on a ride in the near future.

Thanks, Smitty. It was a pleasure to finally meet you.
