Folks.
Who would like to meet someplace in So-Cal and ride a very challenging ( but Mega Fun ) All-Cali SaddleSore starting Saturday Dec. 20th and ending on the Winter Solstice?
The route is mostly mountain riding connecting all the best canyons, grades, and scenic routes in San Diego, Riverside, and Los Angeles Counties. To say it is a twisting affair is putting it mildly.
The route involves a lot of going down a grade, then turning around at the bottom so you get to ride these awesome roads in both directions. The tail end of the ride is flexible if you've had enough turning, but for those who haven't it'll be good to the end.
Along most of the route low temps COULD dip as low as 45˚, so bring an electric jacket. Daytime temps COULD get as low as 68˚, but only if we get a cold snap.
This is not a Spank gig, there is no fee, there is no t-shirt. Although if enough folks want one we can certainly whip one together.
Hit me off-list with your interest, if it looks like a go I'll arrange a hotel near a nice restaurant.
Everyone is welcome, and a map will be available for you to copy. Ride alone or with some pals, at any pace you wish.
