I found this to be my favorite windshield for cooler weather. Not as much wind blockage as the Rifle (too big for my taste), and more wind blockage than either of the Yamaha windshields (regular or touring) or the Cee Bailey. The shape of the shield allows for light air flow around the upper body/head, but not much on the hands or lower body.
For reference, I am 5-9 and the height of this shield worked just fine for me, however, I did have the Rifle Tuning Block installed, so it was tilted back slightly compared to stock. It is sized for a slightly taller rider.
It does have some light surface scratches as you would expect from a shield that has about 10k miles of use.
