Hi All,
I have nearly-new, pristine condition Russell DayLong driver and passenger seats for sale. They're for a Gen 2 or 3 bike.
The seats were built for my wife and me in March 2013 (last year). I am 6'1" 200lbs with a 34" inseam. My wife/pillion is 135lbs and of normal female proportions. That having been said, I'm sure these seats will work well for folks a bit over or under these weights. The seats are just barely broken in. I put them on the bike with 2789 miles. The bike now has 4490 miles. If you can't do math, that's exactly 1701 miles on the seats. I've regularly cleaned and conditioned them with Lexol, as well. They really are in pristine condition.
The seats are black. The seating surfaces are upholstered in leather using the half-moon stitching pattern. The side panels are vinyl. These seats are insanely comfortable. I don't need to tell you, right? The Russell reputation speaks for itself.
Now, don't get too excited: I need your OEM seats along with your money. ;-) Russell would ask for the same thing, and also for more money. Also, because these seats are nearly-new, I'm looking to get decent coin for them. And I bet I will, because, let's face it, riding season is around the corner, and I'm going to sell this for $100 cheaper than Russell would charge for it, and you don't have to wait for it to be built, like you would if you ordered from them, because it's built already and sitting here waiting for you to buy it!
So what's my price? I want $590, plus your OEM seats. You send me your OEM seats, along with a check, and I'll send you the Russell back via FedEx. We could also use PayPal, but only if we use the "send cash to a friend" option. I've paid enough fees to PayPal over the years.
I know this is a detailed "for sale" ad, but I wanted to be as detailed as I can. Oh, and pictures are below.
PM me if interested.
