2015 Yamaha FJR1300A, 16577 miles- Excellent condition, as evidenced by the pictures; a few small imperfections that are barely noticeable. Since I took ownership several years back, the bike has always been garaged/covered/maintained properly. (The prior owner was a bike mechanic.) The bike runs flawlessly and is a looker, capable of carrying you across town, the state or country in comfort and amazing performance. More pics contained within the craigslist link.

Modifications:
Tinted Aeroflow windscreen
Reflective wheel tape
Grip Puppies
Full LED lighting, front and rear
Sargent seat, rider and passenger sections
Helibars
HVMP bar ends
Fender extenders, front and rear
Footpeg extenders
Pirate's Lair backrest
39 liter Yamaha top case in matching color
Battery tender plug- Battery replaced within the last year
2 sets of keys
Dunlop Roadsmart 4 tires (worn approximately 4500 miles but in great condition)

I haven't decided yet but have narrowed my choices to three different bikes. I'm waiting for the new Triumph Tiger Sport 800 to be released. Also possibly interested in one of two bikes I've previously owned- a current gen Ninja 1000/1100 or another Z900RS.

let me know what will be the chosen one. no more FJR's here in Euorpe, and i really wouldn't know what to choose if i should buy a new now

Triumph is not communicating effectively w/the dealerships here in the USA. I've communicated w/Triumph and they told me the TTS800s were in-country and supposed to be on showroom floors the end of this week or this coming week. I messaged 6 dealerships on the east coast of and central FL. Each dealership told me it'd likely be up to 2 months before the bikes would be available. Huh?

The shop in Ormond Beach was supposed to get a shipment, perhaps because they were the shop for Bike Week and would be offering rides. A riding buddy pre-ordered his from the Ormond shop and was notified midweek his bike would be ready for pickup by today. Seems like Triumph is only sending the black or cosmic yellow bikes at first.

Then Friday afternoon I got a call from another shop who tells me they have one that's going on the floor. It was a pre-order too and the buyer backed out, leaving this one available; but they had no more and no idea if/when they'd be getting more. Strange because they sell more Triumphs than almost any other dealership in the country (or so I was told.)

After confirming the bike was ready, I drove up yday to check it out. The bike was cosmic yellow, which was not my preference... until I saw it. There are hints of orange and gold in the color along w/the metal flake and that color just pops, especially in the sunlight. Gorgeous. Stunning.

It is a beautiful bike, w/tremendous proportions- possibly one of the best looking bikes of the last 25 years, IMHO- The fairing, the pipes coming down off the triple- just beautiful.

Ergonomically, the bike fit me perfectly- I'm 5'10" w/a 30" inseam. The bend at the hips and ankle were spot on. The reach to the grips was perfect w/only the absolute slightest of leans forward but it was a mostly upright riding position. Seat height was also spot-on, as was the weight and balance of the bike. It just feels right. Even the seat felt ok.

I was not offered a ride but, based on the various youtube reviews, I suspect I'd be ok w/the power delivery. Of course, they tried talking me into buying but I don't do impulse buys. And because it's new, you get to pay all the additional fees like shipping, buildout, etc. Really jacks the price up.

W/the FJR now gone, my garage sits bike-less amd lonely and I don't like it. I could very easily see the TTS800 replacing it if I decide to crack my wallet open. Just looks to be a terrific bike.
