This is a 2nd Generation Premier Cycle Accessories rack. PCA Site This is a great product - very well built and looks great IMO.

This one includes the Givi Adapter Kit - I've been using it to carry a Givi V-46 (also for sale, separately).

Also mounted are 2 helmet guardian locks (2 keys included).

Cool. That's simpler for me, and saves you some shipping $.

Apparently, you'll need this kit for the Gen 1: PCA Gen1.

You'll have to drill two holes down through the rear cowl.
