one bump... then off to Fleabay @ a higher cost. This is a $134.10 unit according to Revzilla. Vat a deal for someone! I'm leaving unit here until week's end & off it goes if no response

Heidi, it might help to point out to those not familiar with the product that this is not a headset unit, but is a mixer and BT transmitter to combine multiple source to interact with a headset. Pretty nice deal for someone that wants to mix a GPS or audio source with a radar detector.

What I don't know about this unit is, does it support duplex communications (phone calls) between a GPS and the headset?

Good luck!

Thanks Tom, I added the specs in the first post via Revzilla's site. Not being overly familiar with bluetooth & how it works, I don't know how to answer your question. I think that it's yes.

I use mine for two reasons.

1) I hard wire my radar detector to the Sena SM10. Then the detector is blue toothed from the SM10 to the Sena 20s.

2) I also hard wire my Zumo 550[that is mono when blue toothed] to the Sena SM10. Then the Zumo 550 is stereo blue toothed from the Sena SM10 to my Sena 20s.

PS: I also have my Sena SM10 hard wired for power so that I don't have to worry about charging it every other night when on a trip

i do exactly the same thing as pie guy, except I take it off for recharging. One thing I learned the hard way is that the audio and aux plug sockets on the SM10 are prone to break off on the internal circuit board when you plug/unplug the cords. Sena replaced my SM10 under warranty last fall because of this issue. So now when I remove the SM10 from the bike I unplug the radar detector and GPS cords at their end only, not the SM10 end.

What does it do? It takes non-BT devices such as older GPS, MP3, radar and sends them BT to your headset. I have this hardwired into a fuseblock, no charging required. Good luck with the sale.

Now with that rundown of real life users, maybe I'll get a bite. This is a great unit from what I understand. It also allows you to share the bluetooth stereo music with a passenger (providing they have a stereo/bluetooth headset), yes?

I bought this unit incorrectly & just got the right one. I want bike to bike capabilities that this doesn't have. My mistake is someone's benefit.
