SOLD - WTT Corbin Smuggler BLACK for COBALT

Anyone with a Cobalt blue trunk who wants to trade for black? Maybe upgrading from a 2006 Cobalt bike to a newer model in black? My smuggler is in very good condition, just want to match my 2006 Cobalt blue FJR. If I can't find a trade, I may have it painted Cobalt. No rush. Being the black paint is so nice I'm hesitant to have it painted over when someone could use it as is.

For the newbie: Corbin Smuggler trunk is for a GenII 2006-2012. These run $800 new. https://www.corbin.com/yamaha/yfjr13_smug.shtml

If a trade does not pan out, I may at some point sell it outright, then attempt to (patiently) find one in cobalt. However, if you really want this then PM me with a generous offer, I may be tempted.

Keep it and have Garauld paint it for you, PM him for a cost. I would not sell and wait for the right color.

His prices are very reasonable and quality is top-notch. I had a side bag painted by him a few years back and it looks factory.

I wish I would have seen this a few months ago. I picked up a used colbalt blue smuggler and had Garauld paint it black. He does very nice work.

So the seat mounting mechanism and fitment is identical on the GenIII as the GenII?
