What year bike did it come off of? Does it have all the hard ware? Does it come with installation instructions-especially the line extender. I have a 2014 ES. Thanks

Came off a 2013, what you see in the picture is what you get which will mount them along with two bolts when you remove your bars and two more that arent pictured (my bad). Helibars.com has your instructions.
