I rode last night. I put the bike in the garage. This morning I took it down off of the center stand backed-out of the garage, hit the starter and got very rough idle and opening the throttle made it worse. Also, there is lots of fuel coming out of the right exhaust pipe. I've pulled the plugs and held them against the block while cranking, both 3 and 4 are sparking. I have a power commander and I tried to send the stock map to the bike but get an incorrect version error. I know that's not the case. Bad power commander? Or what? Whaaaaaa! I want my bike to work now! Thanks in advance,.

If you have gas coming out of the exhaust then it's way too rich. I would disconnect the PC first, plug the O2 sensor back in as perhaps it's gone wonky on you and needs refreshing via computer.

I figured out how to remove the PC from the equation. Yeah, it seemed that injectors 3 and 4 must have been full on open. It's running in stock form now. Anyone know how to troubleshoot a defective PowerCommander?

Check your battery voltage and connections as well. Your PC might have seen some low voltage and that screwed up its settings.

Also check the black negative cable of the PCIII if it is in good condition and properly screwed in the battery terminal.

Wow, awesome! Thanks for all the suggestions!

I'm concerned that a lot of fuel got mixed into the oil. There is lots of smoke coming from the exhaust. I guess I'll do an oil change to be sure.
