Enjoyed Mission Impossible last night and explained to Lisa how when I hear the MI theme song, James Bond Theme song, my bike goes faster. Of course there are others as well. Incidentally, when I hear "The End" by The Doors, I sloooow way down.

And you?

Just about the entire sound track to "Top Gun". Danger Zone.
+1 for Danger Zone! For some reason, I only listen to that one when I'm riding!

Cars - Let the good times roll.

Edit: oh, and just about any of James Gang's "rockin" tracks. :clapping:

Edit2: oh....and "Hang on to your Life!" by the Guess Who.

Star Baby

by The Guess Who was made for the open road. I highly recommend an iPod with a set of Kipsch Image S4i ear buds. CLICKY AGAIN. Set the volume for O-H M-Y and let the FJR sing.

AC/DC...Just about anything by them. I think Angus's guitar is connected to my throttle hand cuz it does evil things when they come on. Its my favorite 'twisty' music.

I don't need no doctor - Humble pie

Oooooh, awesome choice.

May I offer....by ACDC; Love Hungry Man, Shot Down In Flames, Whole Lotta Rosie. I guess most ACDC songs are bad for your license points.

Tom Petty; Saving Grace

Led Zep; (Rock And Roll was a great choice) Bring It On Home, In The Evening (actually, almost all Led Zep)

Grand Funk Railroad; Shinin' On

Jimi Hendrix; Voodoo Child

3 Doors Down; Kryptonite

Stevie Wonder; Superstition, Higher Ground

UFO; Too Hot To Handle

Styx; Suite Madame Blue (memories of a girl from way back make this a highly personal selection...hmmmmm...)

Deep Purple; Lazy

Talking Heads; Swamp

Aerosmith (OLD Aerosmith, not their newer crap); One Way Street, Write Me, Critical Mass, Milk Cow Blues, Woman Of The World, Bone To Bone, F.I.N.E., All of the Toys In The Attic and Rocks albums

Here's a few I like to start an early morning ride with, watching the sun come up.....

The Call; Let The Day Begin

Freddy Jones Band; In A Daydream

U2; Beautiful Day

Man, I'm rambling. Can you tell that this subject makes me tingly in my happy place? Since last spring, when I finally advanced to this century, and bought an MP3 player, I can't get enough. Did a couple of 600+ mile days last May, and the music REALLY helped, since we had to ride the interstates to get where we were going.

Thanks for bringing back some good memories.....
