Sourcing separate backrest pads, or Garauld's rack/rest

Garauld's rack look like a work art and have one on order, but I like the look of a wider back rest like the one listed below (which Garauld will fit if I provide it).

Does anybody know if this pad is sold separately? Or other alternative sources for different pads?

I went with a factory backrest pad for a Yamaha Stratoliner. It was $98.00 at the local dealer.
