Thanks groo. I only wish the cubs/flubs fans in this town were as good a sport.The post wasn't meant to rub it into anybody but the cubs/flybs fans i hear whining that we cheated our way there.That was one nail-biting series though.Never knew who would win until the last out of the game. Out here you're eaither a flubs fan or SOX fan,and growing up 5 blocks from the old comiskey park,well geography definitely dictated loyalty.It was just a good feeling to do it instead of the flubs. My 2 favorite teams are the White Sox and anybody playing the flubs,especially after ALL the whining the flubs fans i know are doing.Sorry it had to go the way it did.Then again,what a hell of a baseball series!! If we ever meet i'll owe you a beer and if your guys beat the flubs,i'll buy you a 6pack!!!!!!!!! :drinks:

Of the 3 perennial losers, the Cubs, the Bosox and the Sox, only the Sox fans had any dignity about it.

When the Bosox won I said "Good! Now kwitcherwhining--leave that to Steinbrenner and the Cubs fans!"

I liked seeing the Sox win. Now the Cubs have NOTHING to really b**** about--they just plain lose.

Now if only the Yankees could work a trade....Have the Cubs or Bosox pick up Steinbrenner as their owner! :lol: ( I can dream, can't I?)
