A good race. Its going to be fun watching those two battle it out. And if Nicky can get up there and play with 'em as a spoiler, that'd be even better. Says a lot about Nicky's riding ability that they said they tuned down the computer engine controls and put some back in his right hand. Gotta wonder what was going bad on the Duc. Stoner seemed to almost let Rossi by at the end and settle for second. The other one didn't finish the race. Maybe just tires. Not to take anything away from Rossi. He took the lead and proceeded to ride away immdiately. Great stuff.

I really liked that race. Nicky looked good again, Rossi looked like God again, and I think we'll be watching Stoner race for a long time. I really want to see Hopper and Edwards win their first race.

I really missed the Speed coverage though. I like the enthusiasm of the announcers (yesterday's guy is just dull) and the way the audio mix includes a lot more engine noise.

Not seen the race yet been away for the weekend but heard all about it. We have been to a rain lashed Knock Hill in Scotland to watch BSB, I will do a thread on it later.

Did anyone catch the interview with Nicky prior to the race. nicky said honda engineers had to admit the 07 was not designed for him. He was openly troubled why they would not design the bike to fit him, when he IS the reigning world champ. I guess it adds more to the speculation all along that Honda has been grooming Pedrosa.

Could be interesting when Nicky's contract comes up again.

I agree it was good to see him up with the lead group, and especially to watch Pedrosa fade at the end.

I liked Nicky poking fun at Schwantz, complimenting him on his nice jacket after the interview. The other announcer is boring...never heard of him before. There are plent out there who are known and MUCH better.
